Bewitcher is a powerful black'n'roll band. Motorhead and Venom worshipers? Sure. Is it a boring recycling of the same moves over and over again? Well, no. Bewitcher is one of the most interesting modern black'n'roll collectives that shows its growth with each new release. Though the genre seems like there is nothing really new to say, dear lord, what a banger of a record we got here!

Probably the most commercially successful death metal band of all time. Armed with a new guitarist Erik Rutan (Ripping Corpse, Morbid Angel, Hate Eternal), the guys do what is expected of them and what they do best. Warning, your neck automatically triples in size from headbanging to this record!

Gabestok - Én gang rådden, altid rådden
Denmark is gradually becoming my favorite country when it comes to mixing black metal with other genres, and Gabestok is another good example. The duo mixes black metal, garage punk and adds heavy metal and falsetto in the spirit of Merciful Fate to the mix. Sick!

Liquid Tension Experiment – Liquid Tension Experiment 3
I'm not a big fan of progressive metal, I prefer dull more simple metal, but I understand how important this return is. After a 22-year break from Liquid Tension Experiment here is the first joint album of Mike Portnoy and his former Dream Theater colleagues Jordan Rudess and John Petrucci, with whom he hasn’t played together for more than ten years. The virtuosity is really fascinating on this one!

Now "Let The Bad Times Roll" is released and "Days Go By" doesn’t seem like a bad album in comparison. Is it possible to sign a petition against new albums of pop-punk heroes of the 90s-00s?

Suffocate for Fuck Sake – Fyra
I think those who are interested in music with the prefix "post" are familiar with the Swedes Suffocate for Fuck Sake. And for those who are not familiar with them – the guys mix post-rock, post-metal, screamo and hardcore, to which they also added ambient electronic inserts and spoken word in Swedish on their new album "Fyra". There you may also hear the stories of real people suffering from addictions – gambling, alcoholism, drug addiction, compulsive overeating. FFO: Cult Of Luna, Rosetta, Zoantropy.
